Own a dockominium! Fee simple deeded ownership of your dock at the Pine Knot Dock Club. Ownership gives you access to your boat and dock 24/7. Management & gated. Private entrance, restrooms for Members, 2 parking spaces, fish cleaning area. When the lake is up this dock is located on the interior. To accommodate the lake level, docks were moved to the northern influence of the Marina where a breakwater was installed for the protection of the docks. B-40 has had the best locations possible. When in the interior, docks are protected & have a larger area between A & B dock. Note electric and video surveillance are only available when docks are located in their original placements. While located near the breakwater at the north end "B" dock has the largest area in the project which from the back of your boat, faces Miss Liberty. You can also fuel at Pine Knot Marina.
