This is the largest dock allowed which will accommodate a 26ft boat/pontoon which is the largest boat allowed on the lake. K Dock is one of the most wanted dock locations in Pine Knot marina. There is a dock box at the front of every dock and this one does have a fire extinguisher at the front also. There are no monthly fees. There is a once a year HOA type fee of $575.00 which covers all maintenance of the docks and Marina. This also allows dock owners access to the private restrooms, fish cleaning stations and boat launch. The docks are all Trex decking. This is an partial ownership Marina so you actually own a percentage of the entire property.
